Set in a lovely retreat centre surrounded by nature in Appleby, Cumbria, North West, England this is a beautiful heart centred weekend for women to rest, renew, relax and feel in tune with mind, body and soul.
This retreat offers YOU the chance to connect with your real authentic self…. you will learn how to build confidence and trust in YOU.
You will begin to change limiting beliefs and fears into confidence, learn how to let go of mistakes and hurt and celebrate the amazing woman that you truly are.
You will leave with a powerful emotional and spiritual connection with yourself and feel excited and passionate about what and who you would love to be and how you can implement this in YOUR life with intentional daily routines and self care.
You can create the life YOU truly desire and love living it and this weekend will leave you feeling beautifully relaxed, energised and confident about doing just that.

♥ A beautiful relaxing weekend retreat just for you

Arrival is on Friday evening in time for a delicious full vegetarian meal. The evening will be relaxing with gentle and fun ice breakers, introduction to the weekend and a guided meditation.

Saturday after breakfast we will start with Nia dance session – Nia is beautiful and lets your inner child out to play and allows you to explore your power and creativity in a safe space as you move to a range of soul-stirring music from around the world. Blending the Wisdom of martial arts like Tai Chi and Aikido, healing arts like Yoga and Alexander Technique and the Joy of dance, Nia will not only exercise every muscle group and improve your joint mobility and overall flexibility, but you’ll leave feeling chilled out and energised.

You will feel your mind and body is free and relaxed after this, ready for the most gorgeous inner soul ‘Find your flow’ workshop for the day.
There will be a break for lunch and also a meditation during the day too.

Saturday evening – Meal and time to relax, connect with others or spend some time alone reflecting on everything you have learnt.

Sunday – Nia dance session – This will leave you feeling strong, empowered and dynamic, followed by breakfast and then an optional Mindful Group walk.
Lunch – Time to re-connect back with group, set intentions and celebrate our individuality and uniqueness.

4pm Finish on Sunday


Cost –
The price includes all vegetarian meals using local and homemade grown produce , all other refreshments, a two night stay in shared room with ensuite, Nia dance sessions, a gorgeous full day inner soul workshop, meditations, mindfulness walk and more.
£260 per person based on two people sharing a room. – (Please note a supplement of £50 will be required if you wish to have your own room)
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place with the remainder to be paid by March 14th

    Hi! I’m guessing you mean Cumbria in the North West of England not the North East(?) I only mention it because I am too far away from the North East to consider this workshop weekend as am a ‘pulled in all directions mature student!’ (my choice to do this study though).
