This three day retreat at the beautiful Minsteracres Retreat Centre will be transformational.
Three full days to immerse yourself, away from all distractions into a beautiful journey of self discovery.
Day One – Clarity to find the woman within
During this day, we will be laying a solid foundation for you to blossom into your full potential. Exploring current mindset, belief systems, connecting to the inner child, a powerful visualisation to connect you deeper to yourself. Understanding YOU and beginning the journey of finding who you truly are under any perceived or conditional thoughts.
Day Two – Confidence to love the woman within
Throughout this day, we will be discovering your golden thread, your own blueprint. your very own soul mapping. We will explore core beliefs that are holding you back, looking at what is draining your vitality and energy and empowering you to set clear boundaries and sacred daily habits that will move you into a place of love and connection within.
Day Three – Courage to be the woman within
This day will move you into feeling like a soul warrior, ready to let go of whats holding you back, face your fears, moving into heart and soul centred living, daring to be YOU, understanding natural cycles and living a balanced life aligned with your strong masculine and feminine energies.
A weekend of deep soul reflection and transformation. You will leave feeling energised, clear, connected and deeply moved into an awakening of who you are and what you want to create in your life.
Whats included?
The cost for this beautiful weekend is £395.
Overnight accommodation for Friday night and Saturday. All refreshments, nourishing food every day and all materials are provided for. Everyone will have their own room as your private sanctuary for the weekend.
Arrival is on Friday morning at 10am and it will be three days of soul searching reflective work with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds too and guided meditations ending around 4pm on the Sunday afternoon.
