Q I don’t have much time will I get overwhelmed with course work?
A. Absolutely not!. Its designed to work around a busy lifestyle with only 30 minutes a week required to watch the video and do some gentle self discovery work. Just remember all it takes is gentle consistent steps.
Q I’m not good with computers?
A. The course is a simple process to sign up and access via a log in to a membership area on my website. However, if you have any IT issues, you can email support@sarahseed.com.
Q. I’m an all or nothing person, I want something quick and intensive instead!
